Order
When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation, you will find all the details about the products, price, billing, and delivery address.
If there is any error in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via email at patrik@dfuturefitness.se.
Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 3-7 days for e-bikes (5-9 days during peak season), 50 days for gym equipment. Note! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday.
If delays in delivery occur (without us having notified you of a longer delivery time), you should contact us at the email address: patrik@dfuturefitness.se.
Prices
All prices in the store are listed in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT.
We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from the supplier, misprints in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information, and we reserve the right to adjust the price.
Payment with Payson. Payment is made easily and securely with Payson. You do not need to have a Payson account beforehand to be able to pay. Right of withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the moment you have received a product you ordered. 5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:
You must inform us that you have changed your mind. The message should be sent to us at patrik@dfuturefitness.se. In your message, your name, address, email address, order number, and the items the return pertains to must be clearly and explicitly stated.
You should immediately and no later than the legally mandated 14 days after the cancellation notice return the products to us.
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and the condition of the products upon return; therefore, the products should be sent well-packaged and in their original packaging.
On the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation compared to the product's original value in the case of a used or damaged product. 5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
Products that have been sealed (sealed) for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (seal) has been broken by you.
Products that are characterized as sealed audio or video recordings and where the seal has been broken by you.
Custom-made product, which has been tailored specifically for you or has a distinct personal touch according to your wishes.
Services that have been completed and where you have expressly consented to the service commencing without a right of withdrawal.

Claims and complaints
We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly dispatched upon arrival, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to rectify the error free of charge.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered. 6.1 How do you proceed with a complaint?
Any errors and defects should always be reported to patrik@dfuturefitness.se where you provide your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the error.
If we are unable to rectify the defect or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover return shipping for approved claims.
We reserve the right to deny a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. In case of complaints, we follow the guidelines from the National Board for Consumer Disputes, see arn.se.
Limitation of liability
We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.
We accept no responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, for example, labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or missed deliveries from suppliers.
Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been altered by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
